In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) and the FTC's Endorsement Guides, Credit Counsel Elite is required to make clear that the results described or implied in our marketing materials, testimonials, and program content are not typical. Credit Counsel Elite also operates an affiliate and referral program through which participants may earn compensation. This disclaimer covers both member credit improvement outcomes and affiliate earning potential. Please read it carefully before enrolling in or promoting our services.

1. No Guarantee of Results

Credit Counsel Elite provides financial education resources and credit improvement support services. We make no guarantee, warranty, or representation — express or implied — that any member will achieve any specific financial outcome, credit score improvement, debt reduction, or other result by using our services.

Credit improvement is influenced by a wide range of factors that are outside of our control, including but not limited to individual credit history, creditor behavior, credit bureau processing timelines, personal financial habits, and compliance with program requirements. Results will vary from person to person.

2. Individual Results Will Vary

Any results mentioned in our marketing materials, social media content, sales pages, emails, videos, testimonials, or spoken representations by our team members reflect the individual experiences of specific members under particular circumstances. These results are not typical and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

Factors that may affect your results include:

  • Your current credit profile, score, and history at the time of enrollment
  • The accuracy and completeness of information provided to our team
  • Your level of participation and engagement with the program

Participation in our program does not ensure the removal of any specific item from your credit report, and no one — including Credit Counsel Elite — can legally guarantee a specific credit score outcome.

6. Affiliate Program — Compensation Disclosure

Credit Counsel Elite operates an affiliate and referral program through which individuals ("Affiliates") may earn monetary compensation for referring new members to our services. We are required by the FTC to disclose this material connection clearly and prominently.

If you have arrived at this website, a funnel page, a social media post, a video, or any other marketing content through a link shared by an Affiliate, that Affiliate may receive a commission or other compensation if you enroll in our program as a result of their referral. This compensation does not affect the price you pay for our services.

Any individual promoting Credit Counsel Elite through our affiliate program is required to:

Participation in the Credit Counsel Elite affiliate or referral program does not guarantee any level of income, commissions, or financial return. Affiliate earnings are entirely dependent on individual effort, the size and engagement of an affiliate's audience, marketing approach, and other factors outside of Credit Counsel Elite's control.

Any income figures, commission examples, or earning potential referenced in our affiliate program materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and represent results achieved by specific affiliates under specific circumstances. They are not typical and should not be interpreted as a promise or projection of what you will earn.

Factors that may affect affiliate earnings include:

  • The size, quality, and engagement level of your audience or network
  • Your ability to generate qualified referrals who enroll in and remain active in the program
  • The marketing channels, tools, and strategies you employ
  • Time and effort invested in promotional activities
  • Geographic restrictions applicable to referred members (see Section 9)

8. Material Connections — Affiliates, Partners & Compensated Endorsers

In compliance with the FTC's Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), Credit Counsel Elite requires that all material connections between our company and any endorser, affiliate, partner, or testimonial provider be clearly and conspicuously disclosed. A "material connection" includes any relationship involving monetary compensation, free products or services, discounts, referral fees, or any other benefit of value.

When you see testimonials, reviews, success stories, or endorsements related to Credit Counsel Elite, please be aware that:

  • Some testimonials may come from current or former members who are also active affiliates and may earn compensation for referrals.

Additionally, residents of Alaska and Hawaii may experience limited program availability and significantly limited results due to state-specific regulatory constraints. By enrolling, all members confirm they have reviewed applicable geographic restrictions.
