Credit Counsel Elite ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a financial education and credit improvement company based in California. We provide personalized credit improvement services and financial education resources, delivered through our team of Member Support Managers, Accountability Partners, and Support Specialists, to help individuals understand, manage, and improve their financial health.
Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes. We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice.
By accessing our website, completing any enrollment form, signing an agreement, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from a service modification or discontinuation.
Our services are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States, subject to the geographic restrictions below. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Georgia Residents: Credit Counsel Elite does not accept clients who are residents of the State of Georgia. If you are a Georgia resident, you are not eligible to enroll in or use our services. Any attempt to enroll while residing in Georgia will be considered void, and any fees collected will be refunded.
Alaska and Hawaii Residents: Due to regulatory limitations and the nature of our services, residents of Alaska and Hawaii may have access to a limited scope of our programs. Results for residents of these states may be significantly limited, and certain services or features may not be available. By enrolling, Alaska and Hawaii residents acknowledge and accept these limitations.

Some of our services may require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you enroll or purchase any service. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated fees.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or as required by applicable law. If you have questions about billing, please contact us at the information provided in Section 13 below.
Credit Counsel Elite provides education, guidance, and member support services. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to improvements to your credit score, removal of negative items from your credit report, or approval for credit products.
Results vary based on individual circumstances, creditor responses, credit bureau actions, and other factors outside of our control. Our services are designed to help you understand your options and take informed action — not to promise a specific financial result.
All content on our website and within our services — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, videos, and educational resources — is the property of Credit Counsel Elite and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Credit Counsel Elite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in California. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Credit Counsel Elite regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings on the subject matter.
